FORT ERIE, October 27...Lone Endeavor wins Game Cup

Lone Endeavor winner of The Game Cup

Lone Endeavor, with Daniel David in the saddle, score an impressive win in Saturday’s running of the Game Cup.

The two-year-old son of Mass Market, making his fourth lifetime start, dueled early and kicked away in the stretch to score a 2 ¾ length victory over Mystical Mount, Balm Beach finished third.

Owned by Jeffrey MacPherson and trained by Gord Cowie, Lone Endeavor ran six furlongs over a sloppy main track in a final time of 1:12 1/5.

Hereisthering romps in Longshot OTB Cup

Hereisthering winner of the Longshot OTB Cup

Jockey Roderick DaCosta guided Hereisthering to an easy 3 length win in the Longshot OTB Cup Saturday at Fort Erie.

Hereisthering, a two-year-old daughter of Where’s The Ring, opened up a 4 length lead in the early going and was never challenged covering the six furlong distance in 1:13 4/5. Emily Sun Shine finished second while Shopping Queen finished third.

Hereisthering is owned by Gus Sanci and is trained by Mel Widenmaier.
