Nasty Fever Wins 2008 Labatt Cup

NASTY FEVER tracked the leader from the inside and bid from there after going a half, vied into the far turn, shook clear then was full out to last in the late going. ROSIE REGENT off the pace and then gaining into the stretch, angled out and bid between in the last furlong and finished with good energy to grab the place spot. SON SARRIA unhurried early, closed on the far turn then bid outside of foes in the stretch run and finished willingly in the 5-path. CLEVER DARLEY tracked the leaders and was in the hunt turning for home then was outfinished by outside foes. INTOTHEWILDERNESS had speed to lead the way, took on the winner with that one inside, vied into the far turn then faltered. PRETTY SUNRISE backed off and trailed on the far turn then had no rally.
