Top Ten List Wins 2006 Rainbow Connection Stakes

TOP TEN LIST stalked the leaders then split those two turning into the stretch, rallied strong outside of rival and went clear late. SHOT GUN ELA vied inside of rival, got the better of that one turning for home then took on the winner in the stretch run, vied inside of that one to the wire but was outmatched late. BOSSKIRI was hustled up the inside and was a factor on the turn, then bid inside in the drive and finished off a good try. FOXS CONSORT in mid pack, made a strong wide move on the turn to look a danger then had a mild stretch bid while outside of foes. NO KISSING off the pace, was inside into the stretch, bid on the rail and had a mild late try. STREETWISE had a belated run after racing near the rear of the pack, but it had no impact. TIA ROSE was trailing on the turn then went wide for the stretch run but did not menace. ON SILENT WINGS in touch from mid pack on the turn, tired. VERY MUCH SO dueled outside of rival and was a factor turning into the stretch then faltered. ALIFLASH stalked the leaders and had a good trip early then faded in the drive.
