Chemistry Class Wins 2006 Niagara Falls Cup

CHEMISTRY CLASS bothered at the break, made a quick recovery, was dueling for the lead, vied on the turn, then edged clear from inside of rival and proved best. FIRE THE FIRM had good outside speed, vied, backed off slightly, vied again then failed to match the winner in the drive. ONTARIO ROAD bothered at the break, saved ground and stalked the leaders then put in a mild off the rail bid. GASTOWN pressed outside, backed off from between foes on the turn, was still in the game entering the stretch but had no kick. MT. LOGAN in striking distance on the turn, had no rally. WINGED OVER trailed then passed tired ones. SPIDER CANYON veered in at the break, raced in mid pack then had no bid. BENZ BOY trailed the field home in a dull effort.
