Fleet Storm Wins 2006 Mike Anderson Memorial Cup

FLEET STORM never far back, was inside for the stretch run then rallied best of a group to prove best. SPARKMAN outside foes and in touch, bid from there on the turn, loomed large but was outfinished by inside foe. RUSSIAN HAND had an inside trip, was off the pace early, then came home with a good late run. PIGGYBACK CART made and early move between foes to track on the turn then evened out in the drive. NEW KID IN TOWN set the pace into the turn, was still a factor in early stretch then tired. PORTOFINO CREEK was off the pace and never in it. PANTS N KISSES trailed and showed nothing.
