Grab the Cat Wins 2006 Golden Horseshoe Cup

GRAB THE CAT bobbled at the break, led the way, held sway throughout and was never seriously threatened while being kept to task in the stretch run. AT FIRST SIGHT chased the leader from the outset, failed to threaten that one but was clearly second best. CHAN JA BANG gained ground outside of foes after going a half, was tracking the leaders on the far turn then evened out. ROSES WILD RUSH made a middle move from off the pace then flattened out. OCCATILLA was off the pace and never a factor. BELLE DE NASKRA in touch briefly, lost ground and faded. FAIRWELL MADRID trailed the field home and showed nothing.
