See the Wind Wins 2006 Ernie Samuel Memorial Stakes

SEE THE WIND tracked the speed and kept close, bid into the far turn and took command then went clear to the wire while being kept to task. SILVER HIGHLIGHT never far back, bid on the far turn to loom a danger behind the winner then was full out but not able to match the front runner in the final furlong. TEE CUBED off the pace from mid pack, failed to threaten the top two but did find her best stride late to finish with good energy and best the rest. CAN'T BUY CLASS led the from the break to the far turn then was challenged from the outside, could not go with that one and gave way. KIRLAN trailed the field early, failed to rally into the mix and had no impact. SIMPLY AGAIN was off the pace, had no rally and was never close.
