Braver the Smarter Wins 2006 Buffalo Cup

BRAVER THE SMARTER tracked the leaders in a good trip, bid 3-wide turning for home, rallied clear and proved best. PROMISED TOUR in mid pack, was wide into the stretch then caught fire and finished fast outside of foes. MA PECHE came from well back to be on the rail for the stretch run then fired down the lane and finished with good energy. GLORY RUN led the way then was pressed from the outside through the turn and gave way in the drive. BRAVE SAMURAI saved ground then needed a kick to hit the top three but did not have enough. HARVEST SINGING broke in the air, was hustled into contention and vied outside on the turn then faltered. PANIEMONIAM was off the pace and had no rally.
