Sailor Knot Wins 2005 Peace Bridge Cup

SAILOR KNOT vied inside of rival from the rail and went head and head down the backstretch, through the turn and on to the wire while edging clear late. PLEASANT HALL dueled for the lead from the outside of rival, went with that one into the stretch then missed in the final yards. OPEN LOCK stalked the speed duel throughout then had no finish. HUNTER TODD stalked the speed duel in an off the rail trip then lacked a final bid. HOLY TRIUMPH in touch in the early going, faded. CHAMPAIGN RUSH trailed and had no impact.
